摘要
目的:观察盐酸米诺环素软膏(派丽奥)治疗乳磨牙窦道型根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:窦道型慢性根尖周炎患儿254例,患牙数260颗,随机分为2组。实验组采用派丽奥根管内封药,对照组采用甲醛甲酚(FC)根管内封药,观察封药后临床效果。结果:实验组成功率86.15%;对照组成功率64.62%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:派丽奥是一种有效的治疗乳磨牙窦道型慢性根尖周炎的根管消毒药物。
Objective：To observe the clinic effect of periocline in periapical periodontitis of primary molars.Methods：Two hundred and fifty-four periapical periodontitis patients,with two hundred and sixty teeth were evenly divided into two groups.The root canal disinfectant in the experimental group was periocline and in the control group were formaldehyde and cresol（FC）.The efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.Results：The effective rate of the experimental group was 86.15%.The effective rate of the control group was 64.62%.The effect of group periocline was significantly better than that of group FC（P0.05）.Conclusion：Periocline can be used as a root canal disinfectant in periapical periodontitis of primary molars.
