摘要
目的探讨根管治疗术对于治疗重度牙周-牙髓联合病变患者的牙周再生效果并分析影响。方法选取2017年8月~2018年2月本院收治的78例重度牙周-牙髓联合病变患者。根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者采用牙周系统治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用根管治疗术。比较两组治疗效果。结果患者术后1个月、6个月及1年复诊时,观察组总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组咀嚼功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后半年,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗术能够有效治疗患者的牙周-牙髓联合病变,明显地减轻患者临床症状,消除牙龈红肿,防止牙齿松动,使牙周袋消失,提高患者的咀嚼能力,防止患者牙槽骨继续吸收,使患者牙周得到再生,且能提高治疗过程中的安全性,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of root canal therapy on the periodontal regeneration of severe combined periodontal endodontic lesions.Methods 78 patients with severe combined periodontal endodontic lesions who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to February 2018 were selected in this study.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into thecontrol group and theobservation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the periodontal system treatment,and the observation group was treated with root canal therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results At 1 month,6 months,and 1 year of follow-up,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in masticatory function between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);six months after operation,the masticatory function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal therapy can effectively treat patients with combined periodontal endodontic lesions,significantly reduce clinical symptoms,eliminate gingival redness,prevent loose teeth,and remove periodontal pockets.In addition,it can improve patients’masticatory function,and prevent alveolar bone absorbing continuously,regenerate the periodontal,and improve safety during thetreatment,which has great clinical promotion value.
