摘要
基于努力办好中国特色开放大学的战略目标,积极思考并分析导学教师的相关方面的问题。导学教师作为在学生学习过程中为其提供非学术支持服务的中坚力量,在国家开放大学教育中发挥着独特的作用。通过对导学教师队伍内涵建设的探究,以导学教师的内涵本意为切入点,以英美两国的教师队伍建设与国家开放大学的导学教师队伍建设进行比较分析为基础,结合我国开放大学导学教师队伍建设的现状,以期找寻适合导学教师队伍建设发展的土壤和环境。
Based on the strategic objective of running Open University smoothly, this paper actively explores and analyzes issues concerning tutors. As the backbone of providing non-academic support services in students' learning process, tutors play a unique role in the Open University of China. Starting from the definition of tutors, the connotation research of tutors in the Open University of China makes comparative analysis of the construction of tutors in the Open University of China with those of similar institutions in the United Kingdom and the United States. This paper analyzes the status quo of the construction of tutors in Open Universities in China, to explore and ideal environment for cultivating tutors' development and growth.
