摘要 介绍了重介浅槽的结构和工作原理,针对浅槽系统在使用过程中存在的问题,提出了在重介浅槽入料口加挡煤橡胶板,在退料底流管道终端安装阀门检查口以及对脱介筛安装缓冲橡胶皮,净化水管道上加过滤装置等改造措施。实践证明:浅槽系统经过技术改造后,在生产方面得到完善,事故率降低,劳动强度减少,降低了选煤成本,提高了经济效益。 The structure and working principle of heavy-medium shallow trough in coal preparation plant are introduced. In view of the problems existing in the process of shallow trough system,it puts forward that the rubber-made tile be added at the inlet,valve be installed for checking in terminal of the pipeline,rubber cushion be used in the de-medium screen,filter be put in place for water purification go trough pipe. The above mentioned transformation measures practiced in shallow trough system have proved that the production has been improved,the accident decreased,labor need and cost reduced and the economic efficiency lifted.
