摘要
面对煤炭市场经营复杂多变的实际情况,针对选煤厂重介浅槽生产工艺及各项技术指标考核要求,哈尔乌素露天煤矿选煤厂洗选车间从介质消耗原因分析、工艺技术改造等方面入手,对生产成本中介质消耗进行了综合治理,并且取得了较好的效果,平均入洗块煤介质消耗降低0.01~0.03kg/t。
Facing the actual situation of complex coal market operation,for the assessment requirements of dense-medium shallow–slot production technics and technical index,deeply comprehensive management onmedium consumption in production costs from the consumption reasons and technology transformation of washing workshop in Shenhua Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine is made,and have achieved good results,and theaverage coal consumption is reduced by 0.01-0.03 Kg/in washing medium tons.
