摘要
阳煤集团某矿选煤厂块炭洗选采用重介质洗选工艺,主洗设备是国产重介浅槽分选机,型号XZQ-1648。针对分选机使用中存在的问题,逐步进行改进,改进后设备运行可靠、分选效果好、减少了生产成本投入、减轻了职工劳动强度。
Heavy coal washing process for block charcoal washing and was used in the coal preparation plant of Yangquan Coal Industry.And the main washing equipment is a domestic heavy medium shallow tank sorting machine,model XZ0-1648. According to the problems existing in the use of the sort machine,it is gradually improved. After the improvement,the equipment runs reliably,the sorting effect is good,the production cost and labor intensity of the employees are all reduced.
