摘要
介绍了用于水煤浆制备的φ4.3 m×6.0 m大型棒磨机组的研发与设计过程,利用离散元法和有限元分析等方法优化了相关设计方案,并通过试验验证了设计的合理性,确定了最优设计方案,降低了能耗,提高了生产效率。
The paper introduced the development and design process of φ 4.3 m×6.0 m large rod mill for preparation of coal slurry, and applied DEM(discrete element method) and FEA(finite element analysis) to optimize the design scheme. In addition, the test was conducted and the design scheme proved reasonable, and the optimal design scheme was determined. Thus the energy consumption reduced, and the productivity enhanced.
