摘要
影响煤浆质量的因素主要有:煤种的选择,即煤化程度、氧碳比、内水含量、煤表面孔隙特性、灰分、哈氏可磨性等对成浆性能的影响;粒度级配;制浆工艺与设备的选择,包括破碎方式和给煤粒度、磨机类型、衬板材质、筛网型式;添加剂的选配;制浆水质;搅拌方式等。本文对各因素进行分析,以供同类型装置参考。
This paper presents the factors to impact on coal slurry quality for the reference of similar plants. These factors are first of all the selection of coal type, that is the degree of coalification and O/C ra- tio, total inner water and pore structure characteristics on coal surface, ash content and Hardgrove grindabili- ty to influence the performance of slurry preparation; then the grain size distribution; selection of slurry preparation process and equipment, including crushing methods, grain size of feedstock, type of pulverizer, the lining material and screen type; selection and distribution of additives; water quality for slurry prepara- tion; and agitating mode.
