摘要
为探索晋城无烟煤流化床气化结渣的机理,采用化学成分和XRD分析法对晋城无烟煤气化炉渣块和煤灰的化学成分及晶相组成进行了分析,并对煤灰在升温过程中矿物质的演变行为进行了研究。结果表明:晋城无烟煤流化床气化过程中于1 100℃左右低熔点共融物铁尖晶石(铁铝酸盐)以及钙长石(钙铝硅酸盐)等的形成是引起结渣的主要因素。
In order to explore the slagging mechanism of Jincheng anthracite during fluidized-bed gasification,the composition and crystals of slag and the evolution of mineral matter of Jincheng anthracite ash with increasing temperature were investigated by chemical and XRD analyses,and the mineral evolution reaction was explored.The results show that the formation of slag during fluidized-bed gasification was caused mainly by hercynite and anorthite(low temperature molten matrix),which were formed at about 1 100℃.
