摘要
通过在0 25MW试验炉上对新汶良庄矿常规和黑液两种水煤浆的对比试验,就黑液水煤浆的着火、燃烧、污染物排放及沾污结渣特性进行研究,尤其借助硅碳棒和自制灰污热流计从宏观和微观角度以及采用模糊数学手段对黑液水煤浆的沾污结渣趋势作了详细分析,获得了许多有益的认识,从而为黑液水煤浆的工业应用提供了参考依据.
By experimenting BLCWS(black liquor coal water slurry) in contrast with coal water slurry from Xinwen in 0.25 MW furnace, studied on the characteristics of atomization, fire, combustion, contamination emission, fouling and slagging for the BLCWS. Especially, the fouling and slagging tendency for the BLCWS was analyzed in more detail in view of microcosmic and macrocosmic, making use of carbon-silicon and heat flux meter and fuzzy mathematical methods. A lot of beneficial cognitions are achieved, which provides important references for its appication in industry.
