摘要
本文介绍了棒磨机介质尺寸、给矿粒度及产品细度的试验和结果，并以包钢选矿厂３．２×４．５ｍ棒磨机为例，分析了给矿植皮、产品细度与工业磨机比生产率的关系。作者还通过棒磨机邦德功指数测定、单位功耗计算及不同介质充填率、转速率与棒磨机生产能力关系等的研究，介绍了工艺参数对棒磨机生产能力的影响，并提出了看法。
Abstract The paper presents the tests on the medium size,feed size and product fineness of the rod mill and the test results. With the 3. 2×4. 5m rod mill of the concentrator of Baotou Iron and Steel Company as the example,the relation between the feed size,product fineness and the specific production rate of industrial mills is described. Through the determination of the 13cud work index of the rod mill,the calculation of the specific power consumption and the study on the relation between the rod charge percentage,the mill rotation speed and the mill capacity,the author discusses the effects of the technological parameters on the rod mill capacity.
