摘要
在实际中,在设计轻骨料混凝土配合比中,可以根据试验结果及因素极差分析和功效系数法得出了最优配合比。为确保配制的轻骨料混凝土既能满足工作性能又能达到基本力学性能要,结合固定砂石体积法和全计算法对C25混凝土的配合比进行设计,能够采用正交试验来设计配制不同配合比的混凝土试件,从而研究分析轻骨料混凝土配合比的最优设计方案。结果表明:经分析选取和调整,确定最优配合比为:水泥系数14.18,水系数7.09,砂掺量为25.18%,石料用量为36.25%,并对最优配合比试件组进行试验,该组轻骨料混凝土在实际公路工程建设中,能够发挥良好的应用性能,满足实际公路工程建设中所要求的混凝土抗压强度要求。
In the design of lightweight aggregate concrete mix proportion, according to the test results and the factor analysis and the efficiency coefficient method,the optimal mix proportion is obtained.In order to ensure that the lightweight aggregate concrete configuration can satisfy the working performance and can achieve the basic mechanical properties, combined with the fixed sand vol- ume method and overall calculation method of mix proportion design of C25 concrete, using orthogonal design preparation of speci- mens and the effect of different factors on the mechanical properties and performance of medium.The results show that the analysis and adjustment of selection,to determine the optimal mix ratio is cement ratio 14.18,water 7.09,sand content of 25.18% stone dosage was 36.25%, and the optimal coordination group for the test specimen,the concrete has good workability and compressive strength can meet.To make the request.
