摘要 以轻质干硬性混凝土为突破口,研究开发了新型轻质GLY预应力空心板。进行轻质干硬性混凝土的配合比设计,并对轻质GLY预应力空心板的承载力进行试验,同时对生产工艺以及生产过程中出现的常见问题和预防措施进行了系统分析。研究表明:轻质GLY预应力空心板具有同普通GLY预应力空心板相似的承载能力,同时又可减轻结构自重、降低建筑造价、隔声保温,满足建筑结构轻质高强的发展趋势,为轻质干硬性混凝土在承重结构中的应用提供了参考。 According to the actual situation of China, the author,with lightweight dry concrete as the breakthrough point,re- searched and developed anew type of lightweight GLY prestressed hollow slab. The author designed the lightweight dry concrete mixture ratio, and tested the bearing capacity of lightweight GLY slab,at the same time, analyzed the production process of lightweight GLY slab,and the problem of production and the prevention measures. Research shows that:lightweight GLY slab is similar to normal GLY slab on capacity,and can reduce the structure weight,decrease construction's cost,has the features like sound insulation and heat preservation etc. Meet the lightweight-high strength development trend of building structure,provide a reference for the application of lightweight dry concrete in the load-bearing structure.
