摘要
随着"海绵城市"建设的大力推进,预拌透水混凝土有望取代传统的现拌施工模式。自行提出一种用于评价新拌透水混凝土工作性的定量测试方法,考察了透水混凝土增强剂掺量对C25和C30透水混凝土工作性能、力学性能、透水性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:透水混凝土增强剂有助于提高透水混凝土浆体均匀性,在不影响透水系数的条件下可提高28d抗压强度20%以上,有效延长抗冻融循环次数。针对某停车场透水混凝土工程,采用透水混凝土增强剂配制的透水混凝土,能够满足预拌生产、运输和施工的要求。
With the development and construction of "Sponge city", ready-mixed pervious concrete is likely to replace the traditional cast-in-place pervious concrete. A new test method was proposed to evaluate the fresh property of pervious concrete. The influence of reinforcing agent on workability, mechanical and durability performance of C25 and C30 pervious concrete was studied. The results showed that the reinforcing agent helped increase the uniformity of paste distribution in pervious concrete. The compressive strength of pervious concrete with reinforcing agent increase by 20% with no loss of permeability observed, as well as the freezethaw resistance was strengthened. The pervious concrete with reinforcing agent is able to fulfill the needs of ready-mixed manufacturing, transportation and construction in a parking lot project.
