正极极片表面颗粒对电池性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 钴酸锂、导电石墨、粘结剂(PVDF)以90%∶3%∶7%(质量分数)的比例配制浆料,用卷绕工艺生产额定容量为850m Ah的563048P型软包装锂离子电池,讨论了材料颗粒对正极片表面的影响,同时研究了颗粒对电池生产制程和电化学性能的影响。当在配制浆料过程中使用更小的筛孔且不使用回收料时,卷芯短路率下降90%,电压衰减K值的不良率可减少3/4,且电池的荷电保持率和循环性能得到有效提升,300次循环后容量保持率在94%以上。 The slurry,mixed by Cobalt Acid Lithium and conductive graphite,binder (PVDF) in the proportion 90% ∶3% ∶ 7% (mass fraction),and type 563048P Soft-package Lithium-ion Batteries was manufactured through winding with the capacity of 850 mAh.The effect of the material particles for positive plate surface was discussed.At the same time,the effects of granules for battery production process and electrochemical performance were studied.The results show that when using smaller mesh and don't use recycle material in the process of being mixed slurry,the short circuit ratio of roll core falls by 90%,the fraction defective of voltage decay of K value reduces 3/4,and the capability of keeping electricity and cycle performance are improved,and the capacity remains above 94% after 300 cycles.
