摘要
通过电感耦合等离子体光谱分析(ICP)、激光共聚焦显微镜、能量散射光谱(EDS)等方法对解剖后的电池零部件进行分析,结果表明:批号为10 Ah-2009的电池自放电的主要原因为物理自放电;物理自放电的主要原因为电池零部件内金属杂质的溶出;通过采取预化成的方式可以减少金属杂质的溶出现象,减小自放电,减少电池内部微短路的发生,进而提高搁置及循环寿命。
With analysis to the battery parts by methods of ICP,LSCM,EDS,conclusions are researched as follows.The main reason for the self-discharge of 10 Ah-2009 batch batteries is physical self-discharge.Physical self-discharge mainly result from dissolution of metal impurity,which can be reduced through pre-charge.Pre-charge can also reduce self-discharge,decrease micro short circuit,thereby improving calendar life and cycle life of batteries.
