摘要 结合大类招生的背景,以物流管理专业为例,通过问卷调查研究地方高校商科人才培养模式的绩效评价,提出评价指标体系,再利用群组AHP的分析方法探讨影响商科人才培养绩效的关键瓶颈,并从实践教学、教学质量评价、专业建设和教学管理等方面提出相应的解决对策,为提高地方高校商科人才培养的绩效提供参考. The paper studied on the performance evaluation of business talent training mode through questionnaire survey empirical research under the background of admissions by major categories. And then the paper proposed evaluation index system and used Group AHP of analysis method to discuss the effect of business talent training performance of key bottleneck. Thus countermeasures were provided from the aspects of practice teaching, teaching quality evaluation, professional construction and teaching management according to data analysis results, which is of some reference value in improving the per- formance of business personnel training at local colleges and universities.
