摘要
教学洞察力是指教师在教学情境中敏锐感知各种教学信息并对其进行分析、判断与反思后发现教学问题所在的能力,具有预见性、专注性、识别性、动态性等特征。教学洞察力的发展策略主要有:摒弃阻碍教学洞察力发展的错误观念;"协同"发展多方面的教学洞察能力;提升教师的专业化发展水平;把教学洞察力作为教师教育评价的内在要求等。
Teaching insight is a kind of ability of teachers to sensitize all kinds of information in teaching situation, to make judgment and reflection on the teaching problems. It is predictive, focused, recognizable and dynamic. The development strategy of teaching insight mainly includes: to abandon the erroneous ideas that hinder the development of teaching insight; "synergic" to develop a wide range of teaching insight ability; to enhance the professional development level of teachers; to take teaching insight as the teacher education evaluation of the internal requirements and so on.
