摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫的临床效果。方法:将2014年7月至2016年7月海丰县老区人民医院100例难治性癫痫患者分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。两组均给予西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药治疗。评估两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组月平均发作次数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率与脑电图异常率分别为96.0%、20.0%,明显优于对照组的78.0%、38.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫效果良好,可显著降低癫痫发作次数。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on intractable epilepsy. Methods 100 patients with intractable epilepsy from July 2014 to July 2016 were divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases each. Two groups were given western medicine treatment, experimental group combined Chinese medicine treatment on this basis. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the average monthly seizure frequency of experimental group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,there was statistical signifi cance(P < 0.05). The total effi ciency and abnormal rate of EEG of the experimental group were 96 %, 20%, signifi cantly better than the control group 78 %, 38 %(P < 0.05). Conclusion Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of intractable epilepsy effect is good, can signifi cantly reduce the number of seizures, worthy of promotion and application.
