摘要
目的探讨癫痫患者脑脊液和血清中miRNA-184的表达。方法选取50例癫痫患者设为观察组,50例非癫痫患者设为对照组。应用实时PCR检测2组患者脑脊液和外周血清标本中的miRNA-184表达水平。结果观察组患者脑脊液中的miRNA-184表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而外周血血清中miRNA-184表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者脑脊液和外周血血清中miRNA-184表达存在显著差异。
Objective To explore the expression of miRNA-184 in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of the patients with epilepsy. Methods A total of 50 patients with epilepsy were selected as observation group and another 50 patients without epilepsy were selected as control group. Timely PCR was applied to detect the expression level of miRNA-184 in the samples of peripheral serum and cerebrospinal fluid in both groups. Results The expression level of miRNA-184 in the cerebrospinal fluid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the expression level of miRNA-184 in the peripheral serum was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a significant difference in miRNA-184 expres- sion between cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral serum in patients with epilepsy.
