设备管理系统实现全厂智能仪表一体化管理的研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着全厂智能化应用的迅速发展,工业现场通常使用不同生产商的控制系统,而各控制系统(如艾默生DCS系统、和利时DCS系统等以及PLC系统和SIS系统等)对于智能仪表的管理是独立的,且管理风格各异,不具备统一的管理平台,操作难度大,难以形成统一的维护和管理。通过对和利时HAMS设备管理软件的应用及研究,证明了HAMS设备管理软件具备全厂智能仪表统一管理的功能,同时对设备故障进行统计分析和评估并提供维修策略依据,从而使得智能设备发挥最大效益,减少仪表的损耗并降低维护成本。 With the rapid development of the whole factory intelligent application, industrial usually use the control system of different manufacturers. However, the management of control system (Emerson DCS, Hollysys DCS, etc.) varies a lot. Different intelligent instruments are independent and of different style, and it is difficult to operate and form a unified maintenance and management platform. This paper conducts quantities of applications and researches of HAMS equipment management software, and proves that the HAMS device management software is competent to unify the management platform of the whole factory intelligent instrument. At the same time, the paper provides the maintenance strategy according to quantitative analyzes and evaluates on the device error. The intelligent device makes maximize the benefits and reduce instrument and maintenance loss possible.
