摘要 现场总线技术是自动化领域最先进的技术之一,以其数字化和智能化正逐步成为智能电厂建设的基础和发展方向。围绕智能电厂和现场总线技术展开讨论,重点以现场总线设备状态监测、系统故障统计分析、健康评估、预测检修等方面,介绍了基于现场总线技术的智能电厂设备管理系统在国内某大型百万火电机组的应用情况。在该工程中,实现了全厂总线设备的实时监视、分析评估、故障预警诊断等功能,具有一定的行业市场推广价值。 Fieldbus technology is one of the most advanced technologies in the field of automation,With its digitalization and intellectualization,it is gradually becoming the foundation and development direction of the construction of intelligent power plants.This paper focuses on the intelligent power plant and Fieldbus technology,focusing on Fieldbus equipment condition monitoring,system fault statistical analysis,health assessment,predictive maintenance and other aspects,introduces the application of Fieldbus technology-based intelligent power plant equipment management system in a large-scale millions of thermal power units in China.In this project,the functions of real-time monitoring,analysis and evaluation,fault early warning and diagnosis of bus equipment in the whole plant are realized,which has certain industry market promotion value.
