摘要
"绿水青山就是金山银山"的"两山"理论是对现代绿色经济的一种新的阐释,文章以此为基础,首次提出"生态山"与"经济山",并系统地阐述了两者之间关系的演化,结合生态学的Lotka-Volterra共生模型,创新性地提出基于"两山"理论的绿色发展模式,具体分为三类:灰度绿色发展模式——注重"经济山"轻视"生态山";浅度绿色发展模式——注重"生态山"轻视"经济山";深度绿色发展模式——"生态山"与"经济山"协同发展。以云南省16个州市作为样本进行实证分析,得出昆明、曲靖、玉溪、保山、楚雄、红河、文山、大理是灰度绿色发展模式;丽江、普洱、临沧、西双版纳、德宏、怒江、迪庆处于浅度绿色发展模式;昭通是深度绿色发展模式,并提出相应的展望,为今后绿色发展提供借鉴和参考。
The clear waters and green hills are equal to gold mountains and silver mountains, which means ＂two mountains＂, a new interpretation of modem green economy. Based on this theory, this paper first put forward ＂ecological mountain＂ and ＂economic mountain＂, systematically elaborated the relationship between the two mountains. Then the symbiotic model of Lotka-Volterra was used to innovatively put forward the green development model based on the ＂two mountains＂. There are three categories concretely, gray green development pattern, which focus on ＂economic mountain＂ and ignore ＂ecological mountain＂; shallow green development pattern, which pay attention to ＂ecological mountain＂ and neglect ＂economic mountain＂; deep green development pattern： A coordinated development between ＂economic mountain＂ and ＂ecological mountain＂. The 16 states （cities） in Yunnan Province were used to empirical analyzed. The conclusion was that Kunming, Qujing, Yuxi, Baoshan, Chuxiong, Honghe, Wenshan, Dali belonged to gray green development pattern; Pu＇er, Lincang, Xishuangbanna, Dehong, Nujiang, Diqing belonged to shallow green development pattern; Zhaotong belonged to green development pattern. Finally, corresponding prospects were put forward to provide reference for the green development in the future.
