摘要
江苏省民营经济目前在绿色发展方面存在着产业污染严重、单位产品能耗过高、产品市场秩序混乱、生产质量低端等主要问题。从外部看,原因主要包括绿色发展的社会环境缺失(理念、公众等)、相关法律法规不够完善、政府对绿色发展引导存在偏差等;从内部看,则是企业自身绿色生产意识缺乏和绿色技术创新投入不足。提出大力推进江苏省民营经济。实现绿色发展需要从两方面入手:政府要大力培育绿色发展的社会环境,营造绿色生活的价值观,改变企业经营的价值预期;民营企业要增强自身绿色发展意识,加强绿色技术的创新投入。
At present,the private economy in Jiangsu province has many problems in green development,such as seriousindustrial pollution,high energy consumption per unit product,product market order confusion,low quality of productionand etc.The existence of these problems,from the outside,is due to the lack of social environment for the green development（concepts,public awareness and etc.）,the imperfection of relevant laws and regulations and the existence of deviationsin government guidance to green development;from the inside,the enterprises themselves lack the awareness ofgreen production and their investment in the innovation of green technology is insufficient.This paper proposes to vigorouslypromote the private economy in Jiangsu province to speed up the implementation of green development from two aspects,namely,the government should foster the social environment of green development,create the value of green living andchange the expected value of enterprise management;the private enterprises themselves should strengthen the consciousnessof green development and increase green technology innovation investment.
