摘要
新一轮世界金融危机爆发后,绿色发展转型的全球研究热潮由此勃兴。"绿色经济"一词是由皮尔斯在1989年首先提出的。循环经济的核心是资源循环利用,低碳经济强调碳减排,绿色经济则更偏向生态环境的安全性。21世纪是生态环境不断恶化的时代。生态环境恶化催生了绿色发展理念。新理念推动绿色发展理论与实践。在西方世界,公司、政府和个体共同致力于绿色发展转型与创新。中国学者的研究更具广谱性。科学发展观是绿色发展的理论基础。今天,全人类对绿色发展的共识与行动,是人类以往从来没有经历过的一次最伟大的进步的变革。21世纪是绿色经济时代,我们必须抓住历史机遇,走在时代前列。
After the new round of global financial crisis,green development transition touched off a huge wave of research across the world.The term 'green economy' was first invented by Pearce in 1989.The core of cyclic economy is the resource-recycling and the emphasis of low-carbon economy is carbon emission reduction,while the focus of green economy is the safety of ecological environment.The 21 st century has witnessed the deterioration of ecological environment which gives rise to the concept of green development.New concept contributes to the theory and practice of green development.Companies,governments and individuals in western countries are making joint efforts to implement green development transition and innovation.Chinese scholars are also working on it in wider context.The theoretical basis of green development is scientific outlook on development.In terms of today's green development,the consensus built and actions taken by humankind have been an unprecedented reform and progress in history.The 21 st century is an age of green economy and we need to seize the historic opportunity to stand forever in the forefront of the times.
