摘要
＂绿水青山＂理论作为新时代生态文明建设的基本原则之一,其孕育形成具有深厚的思想渊源和坚实的理论基础。通过对＂绿水青山＂理论的思想渊源和两种范式下生态环境观的比较分析,归纳出＂绿水青山＂理论的思想内涵的三个方面：新时代生态文明建设的基本原则;重新定义了生态环境的价值;绿色转型的基本出路在于绿色分工演进。因此,在分工视角下构建＂绿水青山＂的理论框架和实践路径,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
As one of the basic principles of ecological civilization construction in the new era,the ＂lucid waters and lush mountains＂theory has profoundly ideological origin and solidly theoretical foundation. Through the comparative analysis of the ideological origin of the ＂lucid waters and lush mountains＂theory and the ecological environment outlook under the two paradigms,it is believed that the ideological connotation of the ＂lucid waters and lush mountains＂theory include the basic principles of ecological civilization construction in the new era,the value of the ecological environment is redefined,and the basic route of green transformation lies in the division of labor and its evolution. To build the framework and practical path of the ＂lucid waters and lush mountains＂theory based on division of labor is of importantly theoretical and realistic significances.
