摘要
目的探讨运动处方对陈旧性心肌梗死患者运动耐量的影响作用。方法将120例陈旧性心肌梗死患者随机分为研究组60例和对照组60例。研究组患者在常规治疗的同时按运动处方进行运动训练干预,而对照组患者只给予常规的治疗护理,在坚持6个月的运动处方干预后,分别应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测两组陈旧性心肌梗死患者的心功能情况,同时采用6 min步行距离测试(6MWD),以评价两组陈旧性心肌梗死患者的运动耐量,并分别进行对照比较。结果研究组陈旧性心肌梗死患者心功能各项指标均较对照组患者好,研究组陈旧性心肌梗死患者的6 min步行距离测试(6MWD)明显较对照组患者长,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论按运动处方进行运动可明显改善陈旧性心肌梗死患者的心功能,从而提高患者的运动耐量,达到提高陈旧性心肌梗死患者生活质量的目的。
Objective To explore the affection purpose of the movement tolerance for the movement prescription to patients suffered from old myocardial infarction. Methods 120 cases of the patients suffered from the old myocardial infarction are separately divided into 60 as a research group and 60 cases as a control group at random in order. The research group used normal treatment and also followed the movement training interference of movement prescription but the control group only used normal treatment and nursing. The heart function situations of the patients suffered from the old myocardial infarction of two groups were simultaneously tested by the CDUs and 6 min of 6 MWD to asses the movement tolerance of the patients suffered from the old myocardial infarction of two groups for their comparison after the movement interference for 6 months.Results All items of heart functions of the patients suffered from the old myocardial infarction of the research group are better than those of the control group of the patients suffered from old myocardial infarction; 6 min of 6 MWD of the patients suffered from the old myocardial infarction of the research group were longer than those of the control group of the patients suffered from old myocardial infarction. The different average has statistic meaning（ P〈0. 01） for the comparison of two groups. Conclusion The movements of movement prescription were used to be able to improve the heart function of the patients suffered from old myocardial infarction to improve the movement tolerance of the patients and reach the improvement of life quality of the patients suffered from old myocardial infarction.
