摘要
目的:探索Th17细胞及IL-17、IL-21在牛奶蛋白过敏(CMA)婴儿发病机制中的作用。方法:采集病例组治疗前后和健康对照组各25例患者的空腹外周静脉血,用流式细胞仪技术测定Th17细胞在CD4^+T细胞中的占比,用ELISA法检测上清IL-17、IL-21水平,比较两组的各项指标。结果:病例组治疗前Th17细胞占比(8.97±2.81)%,治疗后(3.72±2.52)%,对照组(1.92±1.38)%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-17在对照组、病例组治疗前、病例组治疗后分别为(3.05±1.61)、(25.58±7.89)、(13.07±9.63)ng/m L,IL-21在对照组、病例组治疗前、病例组治疗后分别为(1.88±1.62)、(13.43±4.3)、(9.13±4.67)ng/m L,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Th17细胞、IL-17和IL-21可能为CMA的研究及治疗提供了靶向依据。
Objective:To explore the role of Th17 cells,IL-17 and IL-21 in the pathogenesis of cow’s milk allergy(CMA).Method:The fasting peripheral venous blood in control group of 25 cases and before and after treatment in case group of 25 cases were collected,the percentage of Th17 cells in CD4+ T cells was measured by flow cytometry,the levels of IL-17 and IL-21 in supernatant were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),those indicators of two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of Th17 cells was (8.97±2.81)% before treatment,(3.72±2.52)% after treatment and (1.92±1.38)% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).In the control group,the case group before treatment and after treatment IL-17 were respectively (3.05±1.61),(25.58±7.89)and (13.07±9.63)ng/mL;IL-21 were respectively (1.88±1.62),(13.43±4.3) and (9.13±4.67)ng/mL, compared of those,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Th17 cells,IL-17 and IL-21 may provide potential targets for the study and therapy of CMA.
