突出矿井新建风井贯通初期通风系统优化改造研究 被引量:12

摘要 梁北矿目前存在瓦斯涌出量大、突出危险性、需风量较大、北翼新风井即将贯通等问题,在对矿井通风系统进行技术测定后,分析了梁北煤矿北翼风井贯通初期主要通风机挂网之前的生产部署和配风情况,并提出通风系统优化改造方案,利用计算机对各个方案进行通风网络解算分析后,最终确定贯通初期的通风系统调整方案。并针对突出矿井新建风井贯通初期的通风系统提出了相应的安全技术措施,有效地保障了矿井的安全生产。 Because of high mine gas emission, outburst potential, increasingly required airflow amount and the new air shaft in the north wing at Liangbei Mine, the plan for mine ventilation system optimization was proposed according to the technical determination of mine ventilation system and the analysis of production arrangement and air distribution before main fans accessed into the air network. According to the result of ventilation network solution by computers and analysis based on the data obtained, the optimization plan of mine ventilation system was determined. The corresponding safety technical measures for the initial stage of new ventilation system were undertaken to effectively ensure the safety production of the mine.
