摘要
创业投资引导基金是政府主导下的政策性基金,其资金运作带来的经济性、效益性、效率性及发展性一直都是专家研究的对象。文章在前人的理论基础上,运用层次分析法,综合研究创业企业的初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期的投资效率。根据这四个时期的经济预期不同,构建线性组合,最后对创业投资引导基金进行最优投资决策。
The Venture Capital Fund is government-led policy fund, its economical e fficiency, capital operati performance,efficiency and development has been researched by specialists. Based on the predecessors’ theories,use amake a comprehensive study of the investment efficiency of start-ups in the initial , growth , maturity and recession pefour periods of economic forecasts,construct linear combination,and make a optimll investment decision for venture capital guidance fund.
