摘要
采用热流计法对牡丹江某刻楞式胶合木别墅外墙的保温性能进行检测。通过对室内外温度、墙体热流检测数据的测试,计算得出实测传热系数。将实测传热系数与PKPM软件计算值进行对比,发现实测传热系数比软件计算值高3.3%。进行墙体热成像分析后,找出数据差异原因,并提出改进措施。
The heat preservation performance of Mudanjiang carved wooden villa exterior wall was tested by heat flow meter. Through the indoor and outdoor temperature,wall heat flow test data calculation,obtain the measured heat transfer coefficient. The measured heat transfer coefficient is compared with the calculated value of PKPM software. It is found that the measured heat transfer coefficient is33. 3‰ higher than the calculated value of software. After the thermal imaging analysis of the wall,the reasons for data differences were found out and the improvement measures were put forward.
