摘要
情报学领域,常采用论文和专利用以分析研究领域的研究主题,同时前者也用于表征科学的研究特征,而后者则体现了技术的工程属性。电子商务作为一门融合多学科知识的交叉新兴学科,以Web of Science中的科学论文和Derwent Innovation Index中的技术专利作为研究对象,融合分词、词簇值特征计算、文本挖掘等方法,分别识别出了科学和技术方面的研究主题。之后,以研究主题的论文数作为横轴、专利数作为纵轴,探讨了不同研究主题的侧重点,进而将不同研究主题聚类到电子商务的理论研究、模型改进、方法探索、技术实现、系统完善、平台建设、商务应用等方面,并采用可视化方法在科学-技术二维坐标轴中分析。通过分析发现,电子商务的理论研究是科学的侧重点,而电子商务的方法探索,由于可申请专利,已经成为技术方面的重点。至于模型改进、系统完善、商务应用、技术实现、平台建设等,则是电子商务领域科学和技术都关注的,不过在科学和技术方面的研究特征是有较大差异的。
In information science, researchers usually use articles and patents to analyze research topics in different fields. The former can also be used to represent scientific features, whereas the latter describes the technical charac- teristics. Here, e-commerce is considered a multidisciplinary field, and we searched relevant articles from Web of Science and patents from the Derwent Innovation Index to compare the differences between article and patent topics using the methods of word segmentation, term clumping, and text mining, among others. Furthermore, to visualize the topic focus, we took the number of articles on a topic as the X-axis and the number of patents as the Y-axis. Laterally, based on a cluster analysis, the topics were incorporated into the method, theoretical study, techniques, platform, and application of e-commerce, among other features, to map in the Science-Technology two-dimensional map. Finally, we found that large differences exist in these topic clusters, and that for e-commerce, theoretical study belongs to science; method belongs to technology; and techniques, platform, and application belong to both science and tech- nology. However, the techniques, platform, and application of e-commerce found in the science and technology areas differ with renard to their research topics.
