摘要
采用内容分析法、文献调研法分析我国主要生物医药专利与标准数字资源的优势、不足与重复建设情况,提出应将专利与标准加以整合,建立集成专利与标准信息的"生物医药产业专利与标准信息服务网",实现生物医药专利与标准的跨库检索。阐述该网为产业提供的关键信息,构建该网体系框架。
Author try to analyse China＇s major biomedical patents and standards information resources＇ strengths,weaknesses,and redundant constructions in content analysis and literature research method.In view of the duplication of resources,put forward that patents and standards should be integrated and biomedical industry patent and standard-information service network should be established,so that to bring about biomedical patents and standards cross-database searching.And conclude the major information contents that the biomedical industry patent and standard-information service network should provide to enterprises.Finally build the framework of the network.
