摘要
为解决DG型星辊除麻丝机在生产中存在的结块剔除效果差、结块卡死十字辊导致堵料等问题,采用现场分析与理论建模相结合的方式对设备进行了改进。通过建立十字辊辊齿间隙的数学模型,推导出十字辊辊齿间距公式,分析显示:星辊前半部分的十字辊齿长较短、转速偏小以及辊齿齿数不合理是造成结块卡死的主要原因。改进后在十字辊上增加长度为16 mm的拨钉增大辊齿长度,将十字辊转速由82 r/min提高到94 r/min,并将十字辊齿数由4齿增加到6齿。结果表明:改进后DG型星辊除麻丝机结块卡死频率由0.020次/批次降低到0.001次/批次,降幅达到95%,基本消除了因结块卡死引发的堵料、生产断流等问题。改进后有效提高了设备运行的可靠性,提升了片烟加工质量。
In order to promote efficiency and reduce blockage, DG flax remover was improved by way of onsite analyzing and theoretical modeling. The formula for calculating the tooth clearance of cross-shaped roller was derived via establishing a theoretical model for the tooth clearance. The analysis results indicated that the blockage were mainly caused by shorter tooth length of cross-shaped roller in the front part of star roller,unreasonable tooth number and lower rotational speed of cross-shaped roller. The cross-shaped roller was modified by adding spikers of 16 mm in length to increase tooth length, increasing tooth number from 4 to 6,and raising the speed from 82 to 94 r/min. The results showed that the blockage of DG flax remover decreased from 0.020 to 0.001 times/batch, or decreased by 95%. The production interruption caused by blockage was basically eliminated. The modification effectively promotes the reliability of equipment running and the processing quality of strips.
