摘要
为研究剪切力对造纸法再造烟叶切丝过程的影响,明确国内外造纸法再造烟叶剪切力的差异。利用质构仪测定了国内外10个造纸法再造烟叶的剪切力,并分析了造纸法再造烟叶剪切力与其切丝刀辊电流的关系。结果表明:①国内造纸法再造烟叶的剪切力相比国外造纸法再造烟叶明显偏大;②造纸法再造烟叶剪切力随含水率的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,其剪切力在含水率12%左右时达到最大;③造纸法再造烟叶的剪切力越大,其切丝的刀辊电流也就越大。
In order to study the influences of shearing force on the cutting of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco (RT) and find out the differences of shearing force between domestic and imported RT, the shearing force of 10 samples of domestic and imported RT was determined by a texture analyzer, and the relationships between shearing force and electric current of the cutting drum were analyzed. The results indicated that: 1) the shearing force of domestic RT was obviously larger than that of imported RT; 2) with the increase of moisture content, the shearing force of RT increased first then decreased, which reached its maximum at the moisture content of about 12%; 3) higher shearing strength of RT led to higher electric power consumption of cutting drum.
