摘要
为研究烟叶力学特性与其含水率的相关性,利用恒温恒湿箱制备了5个不同含水率梯度的烟叶样品,分析了5个产区(四川会理、河南许昌、黑龙江牡丹江、云南大理、津马布韦)的C3F以及四川广元的B2F,C3F,X2F不同含水率样品的力学特性指标。结果表明:①5个产区2011年C3F烟叶样品粘附力、剪切力、拉力随其含水率的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,粘附力达到最大值时的烟叶含水率大于剪切力、拉力达到最大值时的烟叶含水率。②四川广元2011年B2F,C3F,X2F烟叶样品粘附力、剪切力、拉力随其含水率的变化趋势与其他5产区C3F烟叶样品的相同,不同等级烟叶各力学特性指标达到最大值时的烟叶含水率不同。
To find out the relationships between the mechanical properties of tobacco leaf and its moisture content, tobacco samples with 5 different moisture contents were prepared in a climate chamber, and the mechanical properties of C3F leaves from 5 areas (Huili in Sichuan, Xuchang in Henan, Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang, Dali in Yunnan and Zimbabwe) and B2F, C3F and X2F leaves from Guangyuan in Sichuan were analyzed. The results showed that: 1) With the increase of moisture content, the adhesion, shearing force and tensile force of all samples increased first, then decreased. 2) For the samples of C3F from the 5 areas, the moisture content under which the adhesion reached its maximal value was higher than that corresponding to maximum shearing force and tensile force. 3) For B2F, C3F and X2F leaves from Guangyuan, the moisture contents corresponding to maximum adhesion, shearing force and tensile force varied in dependence on leaf grades.
