软锰矿浆同步脱硫脱硝技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 我国工业烟气中含有SO_2和NO_X这两种重要的污染物,导致酸雨和大气污染问题。软锰矿浆同步脱硫脱硝技术有效的解决了脱除效果较差、氧化剂昂贵等现有技术存在的不足。利用矿浆中的MnO_2和SO_2、NO_X反应生成经济价值高的硫酸锰和硝酸锰,同时实现了低品位软锰矿的资源化利用。锰矿浆脱硫脱硝技术也在不断的完善,特别是尾液中的硫酸锰和硝酸锰的分离、尾液连二酸锰分解、副产物净化除杂质等问题。软锰矿浆旋转喷雾干燥法(SDA法)、耦合微生物处理方法等也相继出现。因此,对锰矿浆脱硫脱硝技术的发展做出总结与展望。 The industrial flue gas contains two important pollutants are SO_2 and NO_X, which lead to acid rain and air pollution problems. Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technology of soft manganese slurry effectively solves the shortcomings of the existing technology in poor removal effect and expensive oxidants. Compared with the existing synchronization desulfurization denitration technology, synchronization desulfurization denitration for soft manganese slurry technology is to use the MnO_2 and SO_2, NO_X reaction of manganese sulfate and manganese nitrate, the product obtained has high economic value, which also realizes the resource utilization of low grade pyrolusite. Especially microbial-pyrolusite coupled desulfurization, decomposition of manganese dithionate in absorption solution, purification of by-production and other issues. The SDA method of manganese slurry desulfurization and denitration technologies and the coupling microbial treatment methods have following appeared. Therefore the development and prospect of desulphurization and denitrification technology of manganese pulp are summarized.
