摘要
采用化学滴定和离子色谱法,对NaClO2、NaClO溶液及其组成的复合吸收液在同时脱硫脱硝反应过程中离子的存在形式及其浓度的变化进行了定性、定量分析,探讨了NaClO2和NaClO之间的互相作用及其脱硫脱硝的机理。结果表明,NaClO2和NaClO反应生成的中间产物ClO2和Cl2担负了重要的氧化吸收作用,使脱硝效率提高最为明显,在其作用下,NO与SO2被氧化成NO3-及SO42-,脱除效率达90%以上。
The chemical titration method and ion chromatography method were employed to analyze the ionic form and concentration in the NaClO2solution,NaClO solution and their compound solution during the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process qualitatively and quantitatively.The interaction between the NaClO2and NaClO and the mechanism of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification were discussed.The results showed that,the ClO2and Cl2that produced by reaction between the NaClO2and NaClO was the main oxidant,which can greatly enhance the denitrification efficiency.With the action of the ClOand Cl2,the NO and SO2was oxidized into NO3-and SO42-,and both the denitration and desulfurization efficiency reached above 90%.
