摘要
目前,很多企业都制定了一些绩效管理制度和方案。但是相关人员在制定绩效考核制度和方案的过程中,没有结合企业的运行情况和内部结构,因此制定的绩效制度存在一定的不合理之处。如果企业墨守成规,不尝试对绩效政策进行改革和创新,那么企业的发展就会停步不前。由此可以看出,绩效管理是企业战略管理落地的一项重要工具,要对其提高重视。
At present, many enterprises have developed some performance management systems and programs. However, in the process of formulating the performance appraisal system and program, the relevant personnel do not combine the operation and internal structure of the enterprise, so there is some irrationality in the performance system. If the enterprise is in a rut and does not try to carry out the reform and innovation of the performance policy, then the development of the enterprise will stop. From this we can see that performance management is an important tool for enterprise strategic management landing, so we should pay more attention to it.
