摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理干预应用于鼻窦炎的效果。方法:收治鼻窦炎患者40例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各20例。试验组采用舒适护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。结果:护理干预后,试验组住院时间和并发症消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预应用于鼻窦炎护理的效果要优于常规护理干预,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,提高并发症治疗效果,同时提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on sinusitis.Methods:40 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group received comfortable nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.Results:The time of hospitalization and the complication disappeared in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention applied to sinusitis care has superior effect than routine nursing intervention.It can shorten the hospitalization time of patients effectively,improve the therapeutic effect and complications,improve patient satisfaction for nursing.
