摘要
目的:探究三甲散加减对喉癌前病变患者临床症状及生存质量的影响。方法:选取喉癌患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予三甲散加减治疗,观察并记录下两组患者治疗前后临床症状以及生存质量评分,统计并分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前后体征评分、生活质量评分比较差异明显(P<0.05),随着治疗的进行两组患者体征评分、生活质量评分均有所改善,但观察组患者改善程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗6个月后疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗6个月后总有效率为74.0%,观察组患者治疗6个月后总有效率为94.0%,观察组明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三甲散加减治疗能有效提高喉癌前病变患者治疗效果,改善患者术后临床症状及生存质量,值得应用。
Objective：To explore and analyze the effects of the San Jia powder on the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions.Methods：100 cases of laryngeal cancer divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,patients in the observation group was treated with San Jia powder based onconventional treatment,observed and record the clinical symptoms and quality of life scores of two groups before and after treatment,and analysistreatment effectsoftwo groups.Results：There were significant differences in symptom score and quality of life scores before and after treatment（P0.05）,with the treatment of two groups,symptoms score and life quality score were improved,but the patients in the observation group improved significantly than those of control group（P0.05）.The difference of curative effect in two groups after treatment for 6 months was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the control group after 6 months of treatment was 74%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）after treatment for 6 months,which was statistically significant.Conclusion：San Jia powder can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions,it also improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
