摘要
目的探讨电子评估单在分诊管理中的应用效果和价值。方法以2017年3—8月我院接收的81 348人次急诊就诊患者和我院61位医护人员、分诊护士为研究对象,回顾性分析在此期间电子评估单在分诊管理中的应用价值。结果从实践效果来看,通过急诊护士快速分诊电子评估表,可以将急诊就诊患者迅速分类,使其合理就医,尤其是危重症患者,能够及时得到救治,避免了病情延误或疾病伤害。同时,从医患矛盾发生情况来看,实施快速分诊电子评估表可以减少不必要的医患纠纷和矛盾,优化医院秩序,提高了满意度。结论在急诊分诊管理中应用电子评估单,可使急诊分诊工作更加系统化、制度化、规范化,有利于预检分诊工作有序的开展。
Objective To explore the application effect and value of electronic evaluation list in branch management. Methods 81 348 emergency medical patients, 61 health care workers and triage nurses in our hospital from March to August 2017 were enroll in the study. The application value of electronic evaluation list in triage management was retrospectively analyzed. Results From the view of practical effect, through the rapid electronic triage assessment list by nurses, emergency patients could be quickly classified and received reasonable medical treatment, especially critically ill patients can be timely treated, and the disease delay or disease damage was avoided, meanwhile, from the perspective of the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict, through the implementation of rapid electronic triage assessment list, unnecessary medical disputes and contradictions were reduced, the hospital order was optimized, patients’s atisfaction was improved. Conclusion The application of electronic evaluation list in the emergency triage management, can make the emergency triage work more systematic, institutionalized, and standardized, is conducive to keep pre-inspection triage work in an orderly manner.
