摘要
目的探讨门诊分时段预约挂号在护理分诊管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1~6月在我院门诊部预约挂号就诊的患者26 800例,按照挂号流程将患者分为实验组、对照组,每组13 400例。对照组患者通过传统的挂号流程进行相关预约;实验组患者通过分时段预约挂号就诊进行相关预约。统计两组的医患纠纷率、患者满意度和就诊花费时间。结果实验组的医患纠纷率(1.49%)明显低于对照组(5.97%)(P<0.05);实验组的患者满意度(96.27%)明显高于对照组(74.63%)(P<0.05);实验组就诊花费时间为(45.27±11.23)min,对照组为(89.63±15.19)min,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊分时段预约挂号能有效降低医患纠纷发生率,提高患者对医院服务的满意度,提高医院的就诊效率,值得在各大医院的门诊部进行推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of time-section appointment registration in outpatient clinic in nursing triage management.Methods 26 800 patients conducted appointment registration in outpatient clinic of our hos- pital from January to June 2016 were selected.According to the registration procedure,they were divided into the experimental group and control group,and there were 13 400 cases in each group.In the control group,the related appointment was conducted through traditional registration,while in the experimentalgroup,the related appointment was conducted through time-oection appointment registration.The doctor-patient dispute rate,the satisfaction degree of patients, and time-spending on visiting doctors were calculated in the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the doctorpatient dispute rate was 1.49%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.97%) (P〈0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group was 96.27%,which was much higher than that in the control group (74.63%) (P〈0.05).In the experimental group,the average time-spending on visiting doctors was (45.27±11.23) min, while it was (89.63±15.19) rain in the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion Time-section appointment registration in outpatient clinic can effectively reduce the doctor-patient dispute rate,improve the satisfaction degree of patients for hospital and the visiting efficiency of hospital,which is worthy of promotion and application in outpatient clinics of various major hospitals.
