广西中职对口升本新生的社会支持与学校适应的关系探析 被引量:2

摘要 调查分析中职对口升本新生的学校适应的整体情况和特点,探析中职对口升本新生的社会支持与学校适应的关系,有利于做好中职升本新生的入学教育、心理健康教育、职业生涯规划指导、就业指导等工作,从而提高中职升本学生的社会支持利用度,优化中职升本新生的学校适应情况。调查结果表明:中职对口升本新生的社会支持水平与学校适应情况之间存在明显的正相关关系,社会支持水平的提升对中职升本新生的学校适应有促进作用;中职升本新生的学校适应情况与其所领悟到的社会支持情况跟学生的年龄、性别、生源地、家庭关系、是否独生子女、是否学生干部等方面的关系不存在明显的个体差异;不同来源的社会支持与中职对口升本新生的学校适应不同方面的关系存在差异。 This paper investigates into and analyzes the overall situation and characteristics of school adaptation of" vocational school students promoted to undergraduates,probes into the relationship between social support and school adaptation of vocational school students promoted to undergraduates,which is to the benefit of the entrance education, mental health education,career planning guidance,employment guidance etc. of vocational school students promoted to undergraduates,in the hope of improving the social support utilization of vocational school students promoted to undergraduates and helping them better adapting to the school. As shown by the survey results,there is a significantly positive correlation between the level of social support and school adaptation of vocational school students promoted to undergraduates,and the improvement of the social support level can promote the school adaptation of the students. There is no obvious individual difference in the relationship between the school adaptation of those students and the social support they comprehend and the age,gender,place of origin,family relationship,whether being the only child or not,whether being the student cadres or not etc. Differences exist when it comes to the relationship between different sources of social support and different aspects of the school adaptation of vocational school students promoted to undergraduates.
