摘要
目的分析数字化钼靶摄影和MRI诊断乳腺癌的优劣势。方法选取武警浙江省总队嘉兴医院2014年1月—2015年6月收治的70例乳腺癌患者进行跟踪研究,对70例患者依次进行数字化钼靶摄影和MRI两种诊断手段的特点、准确率进行分析汇总。结果将数字化钼靶摄影和MRI两种手段的影像诊断结果与病理检查结果进行对比,MRI对乳腺癌的灵敏性(91.3%)优于数字化钼靶摄影(84.8%),数字化钼靶摄影对乳腺癌的特异性(95.8%)优于MRI(91.6%),数字化钼靶摄影对乳腺癌的阳性预测值(97.5%)优于MRI(95.5%),MRI对乳腺癌的阴性预测值(84.6%)优于数字化钼靶摄影(76.6%),MRI对乳腺癌的诊断准确率(94.3%)优于数字化钼靶摄影(88.6%)。结论 MRI对乳腺癌的诊断优于数字化钼靶摄影,但是两者结合进行检查,可以进行优势互补,有利于乳腺癌的确诊。
OBJECTIVE Analysis of advantages and disadvantages of digital mammography photography and MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer. METHODS 70 patients in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 on the track analysis, digitized mammography photography and MRI characterization of two kinds of means be adopted in turn for 70 patients, on the characteristics of two kinds of diagnostic methods and accuracy analysis in total. RESULTS Two means of imaging diagnosis of MRI and digital mammography com- pared with pathological findings of photography, sensitivity of MRI in breast cancer (91.3%) is better than that of digital mammogra- phy photography (84.8%), specificity of digital mammography photography for breast cancer (95.8%) is superior to MRI (91.6%), posi- tive predictive value of digital mammography photography for breast cancer (97.5%) is superior to MRI (95.5%), negative predictive value of MRI in breast cancer (84.6%) is better than that of digital mammography photography (76.6%), diagnostic accuracy of MRI in breast cancer (94.3%) is better than that of digital mammography (88.6%). CONCLUSION MRI for diagnosis of breast cancer is bet- ter than that of digital mammography photography, but the combination of two kinds of diagnosis methods combined, can be comple- mentary advantages, is helpful for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
