Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous nursing model on microvascular complications in diabetic patients.Method: From January 2015 to December 2015, 86 patients with diabetes rnellitus were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(n=43).The patients in the control group were given routine care. The patients in the observation group were given persistent The patients were followed upfor one year. The incidence of microvascular complications(including diabetic retinopathy, cardiovascular and eerebrovascular complications, diabetic nephropatby, diabetic peripheral neuropathy) were observed in one year after the two groups.Result: There were different degrees of complications in both groups, but the incidence of microvascular complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with persistent nursing model can effectively reduce the risk of mierovascular complications in patients, so that the quality of life of patients is improved, which is worthy of clinical application and application.
