摘要
目的:分析糖尿病(DM)护理中采用健康教育临床护理路径的价值。方法:将2019年7月—2019年12月厦门弘爱医院接诊且提供常规健康教育的41例DM患者作为对照组,将2020年1月—2020年6月接诊且提供健康教育临床护理路径的41例DM患者作为观察组,对组间健康知识掌握程度、不良情绪评分、血糖指标、患者满意程度展开分析。结果:观察组饮食知识、疾病知识、血糖自我监测、运动知识掌握程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.520、13.302、8.509、10.981,P<0.05)。组间不良情绪评分、血糖指标在护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良情绪评分、血糖指标在护理后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.783、5.585;t=4.494、8.727、2.371,P<0.05)。观察组4例不满意(9.76%),对照组11例不满意(26.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.998,P<0.05)。结论:在DM护理中采用健康教育临床护理路径,可以帮助患者掌握DM健康知识,改善不良情绪与血糖指标,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the value of using health education clinical nursing path in diabetes mellitus(DM)nursing.Methods:41 DM patients who were admitted to the hospital and provided routine health education from July 2019 to December2019 were selected as the control group.41 DM patients who were admitted and provided health education and clinical care paths from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.The degree of mastery of health knowledge,negative emotion score,blood glucose index,and patient satisfaction were analyzed between groups.Results:The dietary knowledge,disease knowledge,blood glucose self-monitoring,and exercise knowledge in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.520,13.302,8.509,10.981,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of bad mood and blood glucose between the groups before nursing(P>0.05).The adverse mood score and blood glucose index in the observation group were better than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.783,5.585;t=4.494,8.727,2.371,P<0.05).4 cases in the observation group were dissatisfied(9.76%),and 11 cases in the control group were dissatisfied(26.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.998,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path of health education in DM nursing can help patients master DM health knowledge,improve bad mood and blood glucose indexes,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
