摘要
目前,电力系统监控通信网络的手段仍然采用传统的人工监控,缺乏对整个通信网进行全景监测的手段和方法。随着电力通信网规模的不断扩大,通信业务数量急剧膨胀,特高压电网对电力通信网的要求也越来越高,现有运维方式已远远无法适应更大规模集中调控与精益化管理的现代电力信息通信运维体系要求。文章充分利用网络运行积累的海量数据,基于模糊层次分析和主成分分析方法,提出一种基于多策略均衡的通信传输网运行状态评估方法,构建网络运行指标评价体系,开展多维数据挖掘和分析工作,对通信系统的运行状态进行评价。研究从反映网络运行状态的指标出发,进行无量纲化后按均衡策略进行加权组合,最终得到综合评价指标体系,从而对通信网运行状态定期进行阶段性评估,为全面细致地掌握当前网络的运行情况提供参考。
Today's power system monitoring still use manual measures, lack of panoramic monitoring means and methods for the whole communication network. With the expanding network scale, increasing business alnount, the ultra-high voltage grid brings higher demand on power communication. Today's operation pattern is far fronl the requirement of the modern operation hierarchy, which is asking for intensive monitoring and precise management. In this paper, utilizing the massive historical data acculnulated during network operation, this paper proposes an approach of power communication network estimation based on multi-strategy balancing, which is based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and principle component analysis. The evaluating hierarchy of power communication network is constructed, multi-dimensional data mining and analysis are carried out to evaluate the communication system status. The research starts from the index of the network operation state, carries out the dimensionless combination by the balanced strategy, and finally obtains the comprehensive evaluation index system. The proposed method can evaluate the operation status of communication network periodically, and provide reference for overall and detailed operation of the current network.
