摘要
电力通信系统在电力系统安全保护及运行控制方面具有重要的作用,其可靠性研究为电力系统可靠性研究过程中的主要组成部分。基于此,本文研究将网管状态作为基础的电力通信可靠性模型,从而为电力通信可靠性评估提供基础,还能够促进电网可靠性评估的完善。
Power communication system plays an important role in power system security protection and operation control,and its reliability research is the main part of the process of power system reliability research. Based on this,this paper studies the power communication reliability model which takes the network management status as the basis,so as to provide the basis for power communication reliability evaluation,and can promote the perfection of power network reliability evaluation.
