摘要
随着我国环保问题的日益严峻,政府环保投资力度的不断增强,环保资金投入逐年上升。创新环保技术大量涌现,为环保技术的推广、甄别带来了新的挑战。建立环境技术验证评价基金,可以缓解当前验证评价制度在我国推广过程中存在的资金问题,保障验证评价制度的长效运行,有利于进一步推动创新环保技术市场的发展。
With the environmental issues becoming more austerity, the government pays more attention to the environ- mental protection investment, and also the trend of capital investment to the environmental protection is ascending. The innovative technologies for environment pollution have proliferated, bringing new challenges to the promotion and screening of environmental technologies. The establishment of environmental technology verification fund, can ease the funding problems in the process of promoting current validation evaluation system in our country, guarantee long- term running of validation evaluation system, is conducive to further promoting the development of innovative environ- mental technology market.
